We bought a casket from you for my Mothers burial earlier this week. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your quick delivery and dealing with you and Carolina Quality Caskets. The casket was of much higher quality than I even anticipated and I feel that seeing that beautiful casket was one of the highlights of the funeral service. It meant a lot to us. This review is coming from the skeptic of all skeptics! I was scared to death to order a casket online. I had heard all of the horror stories. I had called one of the more popular sites online and had a very negative experience during the hunt for a casket. I realized that one company was in several states…their website was the same but the phone numbers were different. I quickly got very nervous about not buying from the funeral home… But we needed to do a quality funeral on a shoe string budget…and the funeral home prices were literally 4 times the amount I paid here.

I found Carolina Quality Caskets and called Bryant Little after 9pm one evening. He was very kind, professional and didn’t even seem aggravated that I called so late! He offered to bring both of the caskets that I liked to my home so I could decide which I liked best. I live a ways outside of his delivery area and he was EXTREMELY accommodating! He personally delivered it and could have it here within 24 hours if needed.

My family member was very sick with cancer and because we were not sure when she would pass away, Mr. Little delivered the casket to my home and unloaded it in the garage. His service was flawless and the casket was wonderful.

The interior was velveteen and very professionally installed. The exterior appearance was just beautiful and had a rich matte finish…exactly like we wanted. The hardware was very sturdy and high end looking. I could not have been any more satisfied with the casket. I hope I don’t have to buy another one for many years but I will certainly call Carolina Quality Caskets when I do need one! Without reservation….I highly recommend this company for your casket needs.

This company saved my family over two thousand dollar this year when we had a family member pass away. The quality was better then the funeral home and the price and service was excellent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a casket for a loved one. The average cost of a funeral is now close to ten thousand dollars which leaves many families in a hardship financially. All funeral homes are required to take a casket by a third party vendor, such as Carolina Quality Caskets. All we had to do was call and pick our casket and they did the rest.

Thank you for being so helpful. The service was great and the casket was just what we wanted.We really appreciate your patience with the decision making. Some Folks Just take longer to make decisions at those difficult Times. The thoughtfulness from you and Carolina Quality Caskets  during  these trying times was wonderful!
