My brother posted a review that was beautifully written about the wonderful service that we received from Mr. Little. I will just add that we were extremely pleased with his kindness and attentiveness. The casket was absolutely beautiful. We were pleased with all aspects. I have told quite a few people about Carolina Quality Caskets and I highly recommend this company. Mr. Little made a tough decision much easier for which I was and am very thankful.

My brother passed away this year. All he had to his name was a $5,000 insurance policy. This was quickly eaten up at the funeral home. My sister and I were trying to figure out how to get something nice, without going too far in debt. While looking at the caskets, I remembered someone saying that you could by your casket anywhere and the funeral home would allow you to use it. I went online and found Carolina Quality Caskets. They have a local store in Winston-Salem. I called after normal business hours and Mr. Little was gracious enough to meet my sister the same night. She looked at the caskets and picked out the perfect one for my brother. They delivered the casket the next day to the funeral home. All aspects of the sale and delivery went off without a hitch. Carolina Quality Caskets is a great place to turn to in your time of need. They have regular sized caskets and larger caskets for individuals like my brother. If I am ever in need of another casket, I will definitely do business with them again. Thanks Mr. Little!

The solid pine craftsmanship was beautiful, and we knew the moment we turned the corner that this was the one.
Ironically, we had originally called about a different casket, having nearly given up on finding one that met everyone’s wishes. But Bryant went above and beyond. He kindly checked his warehouse, sent us options, and then met us at the showroom in the evening. The very next morning, he personally delivered the casket.

In March 2024, my beloved Mother passed away. My parents are very old fashioned in their way of living. Love of God, family, church and country. Lived below modest means, and very down to earth country, southern background. Once the funeral home made their presentation of all their amenities, we were absolutely shocked at their pricing scale on caskets. Our local cemetery office recommended Bryant Little, owner of Carolina Quality Caskets. Once we met, it was amazing to see such beautiful work and offered for pennies on the dollar compared to the outrageous amount the funeral home offered. Our family was so pleased with the choice we made to do business with Mr. Little, that I highly recommend him to anyone needing to purchase a casket. I am sorry my review is late and lengthy, it's hard to grieve and write at the same time. I wanted to wait until I had a clear mind and heart to thank Mr. Little for his work.

Exceptional service and support. This was a very difficult time for me and the owner kept me updated every step of the way. He said he'll take care of having the casket delivered on time and for me not to worry about. It really felt like a weight was lifted and he fulfilled his commitment to have the casket delivered timely. The casket was beautiful and high quality.

Bryant was wonderful to deal with in a time that’s not so pleasant.Everything he said became reality from ordering to delivery to the funeral home.
We chose the Pecan Casket as it seemed to reflect most on mom’s life. While she taught furniture refinishing back in the day, my degree is in Wood Science and Technology thus wood was our obvious choice and the Pecan Casket was beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend Carolina Quaility Caskets

We bought my father’s casket here and it was delivered directly to the funeral home the next morning. The casket was beautiful. The funeral home was selling the exact same for 7,000 and more. Funeral homes take advantage of people at their worst. Carolina caskets took care of us. They are affordable and have great quality. The Carolina pecan is beautiful. The inside is not yellow like the picture here. It’s a softer color.

We had to purchase a casket for my brother’s sudden passing away. I spoke directly to the owner of Carolina Quality Caskets (who also personally delivered the casket to the funeral home. The wooden casket was absolutely beautiful and a third of the funeral home price. I highly recommend Carolina Quality Caskets in time of need.

After my dad passed away a friend highly recommended that I contact Quality Caskets. I spoke to the owner, Bryant Little, and he was very responsive, compassionate, and easy to work with. I was very impressed with the quality of his caskets as well as the beautiful details of each one he showed me. The price was less than half of what the funeral home was charging and I truly felt that he could charge more and still give customers a bargain. He delivered it promptly and even notified me right after it arrived at the funeral home. Planning a funeral is very stressful with all the details and costs but I can honestly say that Bryant and his staff helped make the task of picking out a casket a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Quality caskets to everyone in need of a casket.

I will be honest, I was very nerviness purchasing caster from from website, I did not know if quality will be good, what if it will arrive damaged or will it arrive on time or can I even trust company. But after receiving caster at funeral home, it looked even better then on the website. It was very beautiful, delivered on time and much much cheaper then what i was offered in funeral home. Process was hassle-free, I worked with owner, he was very response, friendly. Defiantly recommend Carolina Quality Caskets. Never overpay what funeral home offers, by law you can order caster from 3rd party like Carolina Quality Caskets and have it delivered quickly. Thank you!

During such a difficult time, Richard @ Carolina Quality Caskets was very patience, understanding and professional. He was knowledgeable of his product. Our family is so thankful that we engaged Bryant Little at Quality Caskets of North Carolina. We chose the beautiful pecan casket with the cream colored interior for our beloved mother. The satin finish exterior was top quality with beautiful, sturdy brass handles. The attention to detail of the interior matches any high-priced funeral home purchase for quality and style.

Bryant was very patient and helpful. He was able to send pictures of the caskets from his showroom which were much better than internet pictures. We purchased the metal Richard Henry casket along with a hunting scene head panel. Both pieces were beautiful! Their caskets were 1/3 the price of the ones at the funeral home, saving us $2000. Bryant called to let me know when the casket was delivered and called again after the funeral to make sure I was happy with the casket. Their cost, quality, and service were amazing!!

Brian was extremely helpful, courteous and went out of his way to meet our needs. The pricing on the casket was about 75% less than the funeral home option. We were very pleased with the quality of the casket construction and the finish of the wood. We would highly recommend buying from Brian and Carolina Quality Caskets.

We were extremely impressed with the service and assistance as we sought a wood casket. The casket was beautiful and fairly priced. We could see it before purchasing it, other choices were on line and we could not view them. Funeral home prices were triple this price also. At first we needed it delivered out of state and paid for this service, as we changed location we did not need this added expense and they quickly reimbursed us. They also recommended a funeral service which was excellent as well. This service came to us and met our need for a graveside service and charged less than any other quote. Bryant could not have been more helpful and the Pecan casket’s price was appreciated. Excellent service, and at a time when this is your need finances are what they are and it was great relief to find these guys.

Came across this business somehow when googling trying to find an affordable casket on short notice. I was concerned somewhat when noticed how affordable their pricing is compared to the funeral home pricing. But my husband and I still decided to give this business a try especially considering our circumstances. We are glad that we did, we saved money and got a great quality casket that was delivered fast and free. We saved thousands of dollars!!
